PROVISION OF INTEGRATED ICT SOLUTION SERVICE PROVIDERS FOR MANDELA BAY THEATRE COMPLEX
SCOPE OF WORK: 1. Assess the current ICT infrastructure, applications, interfaces, data, cybersecurity posture, backup arrangements, user requirements and operational constraints. 2. Produce a current-state assessment, gap analysis, risk register and prioritized ICT roadmap. 3. Define functional, technical, integration, data, security, hosting, availability and support requirements. 4. Design the target architecture, including a data warehouse, business intelligence solution, integrations, backup and disaster recovery arrangements. 5. Supply, configure and implement approved software, cloud services and related components, subject to the final bill of quantities and licensing model. 6. Cleanse, map, migrate, reconcile and validate approved data sets. 7. Configure reports, dashboards and role-based access in accordance with approved requirements. 8. Conduct testing, remediate defects, support user acceptance testing and obtain formal sign-off. 9. Deliver training, administrator enablement, operating procedures, technical documentation and knowledge transfer. 10. Provide 300 Sage and 200 Sage maintenance and support hours over the contract term, managed through approved work orders and time records. 11. Provide cloud backup and recovery services, monthly service reporting and post-implementation support for the balance of the 36-month term. 12. Provide transition-out and data-export assistance at contract expiry or termination. 13. Acquisition of tools of trade for the MBTC when required. 14.
