PROVISION OF PRIMARY FIBRE OPTIC INTERNET LINE, MIMECAST AND EXCHANGE EMAIL HOSTING
25.1 The FAIS Ombud invites service providers to provide a primary internet line, including a dedicated internet service access, IP Connect and LAN Connect service, MPLS VPN service, Microsoft Exchange, and Mimecast mail optimization solution and support and maintenance of the fibre internet line for a period of thirty-six (36) months. 25.2 The current Fibre Optic Internet Line contract expires on 10 March 2027. The appointed bidder must install the new line before the expiry date to ensure uninterrupted services. The current Mimecast subscription contract expires on 10 September 2027. The service provider will be expected to take over when it expires with our current service provider. The Exchange Email Hosting contract expires on 24 January 2027.
